WHAT IS LIKELY THIS ISSUE?
  1. Your body is terribly dehydrated. 
  2. Now where near enough vitamin C in your diet. (Even if your suplementing this daily you are probably not taking no where near enough. 
  3. The body is toxic with heavy metals and other toxins like meds and chemicals. 
WHAT I HAVE SEEN WORK

This is the same thing I  do daily and I started seeing results in the first day! Not only with the dark and puffy circles going away but I am sleeping better. I have more energy that last all day. I no longer get sinus headaches either.
  1.  Take organic and GMO free Vitamin C. I order this GMO free Vitamin C from Amazon. Just add a teaspoon to orange juice or whatever. This should be done twice a day for at least the first 2 weeks. I did this 3 times a day for a week or so. The "recommended daily dose" on this is way off base. It shows it should be

    When actually it should be in the full Grams! Like 2 to 4 grams for children and 5 to 10 grams for adults. Your body will tell you when it's reached the daily level it needs when you reach a "flush". When this happens just back it off a half gram at a time.   2.  Drink at lease 3 liters of water a day. Not tap water either. Get a good spring water. Distilled is NOT ok because it screws up a bodies pH. Spring water is key. This will hydrate and start moving the toxins along that are built up all through your body and sinus's.
  3.  I take Sea Kelp from Nature's Way for boosting thyroid health, for removing heavy metals, to protect the thyroid from radiation and for the Vitamin K. Vitamin K is key to absorb and utilize Vitamin D3 which is my next point.
  4. Vitamin D3. Is essential for good health and we do not get enough sun light, ever. So make sure to take this D3 every day. And an average adult should be supplementing about 3,000 to 6,000 mg a day. Easy. 
  5. Add Colloidal silver sinus spray. But not just any... Use the one below. I am loving this and it works well for me. 2 sprays per nostril 3 times a day. The reason why this helps is because 99% of the reason for the dark or green circles under or around the eyes is due to infection in the sinus. This will help. What I did is buy a gallon of this and use it to fill smaller bottles. We use silver for a lot of different things. But start small and don't over think this. It's completely safe and natural. Which is key.

Update 2-17-2015

Use the non GMO vitamin C we were talking about above and do this mixture in spring water. Not tap or distilled. Take this and dab a generous amount around and under the eyes before bed.
A little bit of redness might occur and a little bit of tightening. If it's burning the skin you got your mixture to strong. You could add coconut oil to this or more water to thin it a little more. Let your skin heal for a day or 2 and try it again if this happens.

Don't wipe this into your eyes. It's ascorbic acid remember and would probably burn a little.

The Mix
1/2 teaspoon of C and 3 to 4 teaspoons of water in a small container (maybe something like this) and put lid on and mix it up till all the vitamin C absorbs into the water. Preferably in a dark container because Vitamin C is light sensitive. Also shelf life on this concoction that your creating is about 2 weeks so you might want to use this up or mix some fresh.

Do this every night and if you want to speed it this up after a few nights it can be used twice a day.

This will also work on wrinkles and smoothing back out that young looking skin. ;-)
